What are the grounds for termination without severance pay?

🔸 Serious breach of regulations
Employees must strictly adhere to the rules, regulations, and orders of their employer. Any serious violation or repeated offenses, even after receiving a written warning, may result in disciplinary action.

🔹 Intentionally causing harm to the company
An employee who intentionally acts to cause harm to their employer or the company is considered to have committed a misconduct and may be terminated immediately without notice.
 
🔸 Criminal corruption
If an employee commits a criminal act of embezzlement with intent to harm the employer, such as embezzling money, misappropriating funds, or seeking personal gain from the company.
 
🔹 Has not been at work for 7 consecutive days
The employee abandoned their position without notice, failed to inform the employer of their departure, and has been unreachable for seven consecutive days, causing harm to the employer or company. Moreover, there is no reasonable explanation provided for the abandonment of their duties.
 
🔸 Negligence
Any act done without due care or negligence in doing what should be done, causing serious damage to the employer.
 
🔹 To be imprisoned for a crime
An employee who has committed a crime and been sentenced to imprisonment by a court can be immediately terminated by their employer, and the employee is not entitled to any severance pay or compensation.
 
Unemployment benefits provided by the Social Security Fund are compensation for job loss due to termination or resignation. To be eligible, insured persons must register for unemployment through the Department of Employment (click) and meet all the specified requirements.
