Labor fraud refers to the act of deceiving 10 or more individuals into working without paying them wages or paying them less than the agreed-upon amount. The penalty for this offense is imprisonment not exceeding 3 years, a fine not exceeding 60,000 baht, or both imprisonment and a fine.
