Under 18 years old
The employer must notify the labor inspector of the employment within 15 days from the date the child commences work. Additionally, the child is prohibited from working between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Violation, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine of 100,000 baht or both imprisonment and fine.
Violation may result in imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding 400,000 to 800,000 baht per employee, or both.
